How can I register?
Registrants can register online at the Link > Register Now or Sign up in person (Cash only) at the following locations:

Walk-in registration: SportsLink Outlets @ Ang Mo Kio Central Blk 712 #04-4056, Orchard Central #05-45, Northpoint #02-40 Causeway point #02-03, West Mall #02-13, Jurong Point #03-17, Tampines 1 #03-12 and Nam Hong Welfare Service Society @ Yishun Blk 111.

* For online registrations, online credit card payment (Visa and Masters) via eNets is accepted.

* For in-person registrations, ONLY CASH is accepted.

What is in my Race Pack?
The Race Pack is an event pack which includes the following items:

1. Run BIB Number
2. Exclusive Running Shirt worth $12
3. Exclusive Shoe Bag worth $9
4. Carnival Coupons worth $5
5. Tea Sachets and Vouchers worth $8
6. 1 Bottle of VitaMilk Energy
7. Timing Device for 10km Runners
8. Certificate of Completion for 10km Runners

How do I register if I’m under the age of 21?
Participants below the age of 21 are required to seek parental/guardian consent and fill up the relevant indemnity declaration forms as deemed necessary by the Organisers upon online registration or in-person registration. Failing which, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant. Therefore participants below the age of 21 are encourage to sign up at the above walk-in registration points, which has printed registration forms together with indeminity declaration forms. If you register on-line, you are requried download the Consent & Waiver Form for your parents/guardians to fill up and sign and submit during the race pack collection day.Without the consent & waiver form duly signed, you are not allowed to collect the race pack and participate in the run.

How will I know if my entry has been accepted?
Registrants will receive a confirmation slip upon their successful registration.

There is also the Online Entry Confirmation function at the Link > Register Now that a registrant can use to check if he/she has registered successfully. At the Register Now page, there will be 2 buttons, 1) To register and 2) To Check Registration Status. At Check Registertration Status, key in your NRIC and birthdate, and it will generate simple info, catgegory and payment details. There will also be a print button for you to print out a confirmation slip.

Participants will receive a total of two emails – one from the event organisers and one from eNets.


Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?
No. Registration fee is strictly not refundable.


Can I make changes to my personal particulars after submitting my registration?
Yes. Registrants can make changes to their personal particulars by
emailng to republicrun@nhwelfare.org.


Can I change race categories after I have registered?
No. Race categories are non-transferable.


Why is it that I have not received my confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?
There could be a few reasons why a registrant has not received his/her confirmation slip.

The first would be that their registration was not successful and therefore the confirmation slip was not rendered. OR

There could have been an error in their email at the point of registration so the confirmation slip was not sent to the correct account. OR

The email has been blocked by their mail server and/or is treated as Spam.

In such a case, the registrant is advised to kindly check his/her registration status on Register Now link, reconfirm his/her email address and email to republicrun@nhwelfare.org for an update in email.

In the case that any registrant still does not receive any confirmation slip after doing so, you can email to republicrun@nhwelfare.org to request for a emailed copy of your confirmation slip. Please note that you have to email us your Name, NRIC/Passport/Work Permit Number and Birth Date to request for your confirmation slip. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for this.
