1. All entries must be made either on the Official Registration Form or at website by the closing date.

2. Once the registration has been processed, there shall be no refund. There will be no refund for incorrect entries, multiple entries, late entries, no-show for event and participants who wish to withdraw from the competition.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entry.

4. Participants below 21 years of age as at 01 Jan 2010, need to seek parental or guardian consent for participating in the event by completing the Consent & Waiver Form. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant from participating in the competition if he Organiser discovers that the participant is below 21 years old of age (as of 01 Jan 2010) on the day of competition and there shall be no refund.

5. All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. All participants must also observe traffic regulations. The Organizers shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participant or for damages to or loss of such person’s property.

6. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the Run. There will be no refund if the event is cancelled for whatever reason.

7. Failure to observe the Rules and Regulations shall result in disqualification and there will be no refund.

8. The Organizer will reserve the right to substitute the items in race pack if they are not available.

9. Official number tags will only be issued on the race pack collection date.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, motion picture, recordings, or any record of this race and its participants for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertisement.

11. Participants without number tags will not be allowed to participate in this event.

12. Any wrong issuance of number tags must be settled with the registration official prior to the commencement of the Run.

13. Number Tags are non-transferable. Participants will be disqualified if found doing so.

14. For the top 20 prize winners of the Men’s Open,Women’s Open are required to wait at the designated winner’s holding area to collect their prize when they are called upon.

15. In the event of bad weather, the commencement of the Run will be delayed. If the bad weather persists, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Run without any refund of registration fees.

16. The Lucky draw is open only to participants of the run. Each Participant is only entitled to one draw.

17. For Lucky Draw, the Participants must be present to claim their prizes at the time of the draw, failing the prize will be re-drawn.

18. All employees and their immediate family member of the Nam Hong Welfare Service Society are not allowed to participate in the lucky draw.

19. The winner, when announced by the event emcee, must be present in person to claim the prize with proof of identity for verification i.e. original NRIC, Work Pass or Passport.

20. Should the announced winner not be present, the draw will be deemed as forfeited and the next winner will be drawn.

21. The event emcee also reserves the right to exercise discretion to move on with the draw, if he/she is not able to establish any visual contact with the announced winner after a duration of time, as deemed reasonable by the Organizer.

22. Organizer’s decision on all draw matters are final and no correspondence/s will be entertained in this respect.

23. Organizer may vary the rules ®ulation at anytime without notice or liability to the participants.
